Women leadership is key to development opportunities and transforming technical skills into viable entrepreneurs in current times. The transformational power of female leadership is in itself a resource that can and will make an impact on the economy and society. In the modern day economies, there are many factors within the entrepreneurial ecosystem that do not support woman entrepreneurs. This includes attitude and employment practices. However, the recent global crises such as climate change and Covid-19 have opened new avenues to engage women to overcome the modern economic challenges of the countries. The Theme of this conference is set to provide opportunities to women to take advantage of current emerging entrepreneurship trends and overcome the modern economic challenges of the countries.
